Ready to be paired with the iLB Q1 Smart Tail Light (sold seperately). Control the Q1 turning indicators and high-decibel warning bell at the push of a button.

  • WARRANTY

    12 MONTH WARRANTY

     

    a. Our guarantee provides you with free repairs of your Q1, including parts, postage and labour, for up to 12 months. You are responsible for the cost of your own labour.

     

    b. Should you experience a problem please visit www.threesixtystore.eu to be advised a course of action. If this does not fix the problem, it may be neccessary to return the Q1 for repair by prior written authorisation via our Contact / Get in Touch page.

     

    c. Should we deem the Q1 beyond repair, a replacement will be provided.

     

    d. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, such as scratches, cracks or wears and tear or to inability to meet the performance stated here or to abuse, unauthorised maintenance or any conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

     

    e. The Q1 One-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law. You have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Q1 One-Year Limited Warranty or under consumer law rights.

    UK Domestic Standard Delivery: Free

    • We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days
    • Delivery via 1st Class Royal Mail Service, Signature Required
    • Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day

     

    EU International Standard Delivery: Free

    • We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days
    • Delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service
    • Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 working days

     

    RETURNS

     

    In the unlikely event that you should experience a problem, please visit Tech Support to be advised a course of action. If this does not fix the problem, it may be neccessary to get in touch to return your Q1 for repair within the 12 month warranty.
